  • I currently offer free shipping on all items. Contact me if you require special shipping options.

  • Due to the print-to-order nature of this business, all sales of original artwork and prints are final, exchanges and returns are not accepted. Canceled will incur a 20% fee. Please be sure before ordering : )

  • I currently accept commissions on a case by case basis.

  • Yes, I offer delivery for $50 within a 45 minute range of me, or we can agree to a pick up in the Atlanta ITP and OTP areas.

  • Due to the print-to-order nature of my business, please allow 2 weeks for fulfillment and shipping. This helps reduce waste.

  • No, my prints are currently open edition unless otherwise noted. Occasionally I release limited edition prints of selected artworks—these are clearly marked and will not be restocked once sold out.

  • Currently no but potentially in the future or on a case by case basis, just reach out if interested.

  • This may depend on the size of the original artwork but in many cases I can accommodate, just reach out.

  • I am happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individual who are able to provide details and documentation of the damage. Creasing and bends can be flattened! If the order is a complete loss and I offer a reprint, I ask that you return the print to our studio in the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged beyond repair you will need to purchase sturdy packaging from your local post office. You are responsible for shipping costs for replacement prints.

    If your print is damaged after delivery I am unable to replace the print for free, so please take care of your print and place your art work away from possible water or heat damage, and handle with care when framing or if you decide to stretch your print.

  • I am not liable for undelivered packages. If your package is marked “Delivered” and is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first ensure that you input the correct shipping address, you should be able to view this in you order confirmation email. If a incorrect address was in fact entered at check out and is delivered back to my studio I am happy to forward this to your correct address but I ask that you pay the additional postage and you will be sent an invoice for the additional shipping charges..

    If the shipping address is correct and you never received your item you will need to personally contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to resolve the issue. I am unable to reprint an order for free because of failed delivery.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and device settings. While every effort is made to accurately represent artwork, the final printed piece may differ slightly from how it appears on screen.

  • Dena Hynes Studio obtains the rights to all commissioned & original artwork. I retain the right to reproductions of any kind on all commissioned & original artwork unless otherwise agreed upon. If you would like to buy full rights or partial rights to your artwork please contact me. I retain all rights to use any artwork for marketing of my business purposes.
